Claire has worked in operational roles in the employability sector since 2009. Having originally joined Triage as Director of Continuous Improvement in 2020, Claire moved into her current Operations Director role in 2022.
Combining operations and continuous improvement, Claire has a passion for progress and is constantly looking for ways we can improve and strive for excellence.
In addition to winning new business and watching our people and our participants thrive, one of the most inspiring parts of Claire’s role is around employee engagement and understanding how we can continue to make Triage a great place to work.
Having worked across many different contracts and in a variety of different roles at Triage, Chantelle brings a wealth of experience to her Head of Delivery role.
Chantelle joined Triage in 2011 and has been involved in the mobilisation of contracts such as the Work and Health Programme, and Restart.
Passionate about people, performance and contract management, Chantelle works closely with her operational team and external partners enjoying the challenges and variety that her role offers.
Chantelle fully embraces the Triage vision of ‘helping people succeed’ and has a real talent for helping both participants and her team become the best version of themselves.
Nicola joined Triage in 2023, having previously worked in business development roles across the voluntary and private sectors for 25 years.
Having always worked for organisations seeking to improve the lives of disabled and disadvantaged young people and adults, Nicola is leading on an ambitious growth strategy for Triage which builds on her prior experience of growing organisations within the health and social care, skills, and employability sectors.
Nicola has an eye for innovative delivery models and leads the innovation team at Triage who are piloting new approaches to working with participants who face multiple barriers to work.
With over 16 years’ experience in the employability and skills sector, Jasmin joined Triage in 2011 having worked previously on contracts with the Department for Work and Pensions, and the Education and Skills Funding Agency.
Over the years, Jasmin has excelled in various roles across the skills and employability sectors, which has enabled her to bring a wealth of experience to her current Head of Delivery role and play a key role in the future growth of the business.
Passionate about delivering high quality, market leading results, Jasmin is also an advocate for women in business and a firm believer that a career and motherhood are not mutually exclusive.
