Celebrating 15 years in Tees Valley

19 Nov 2025

Earlier this month, our Tees Valley team marked 15 years of supporting people and businesses in the region with a fantastic celebration at Middlesbrough FC.

We spent the afternoon reminiscing about our early days in the region, enjoying great food and drinks, and even managed a little dancing! A huge thank you to magician Luke Howells for keeping us entertained in between the many (many!) trips to the photobooth, which always goes down well.

Over the past 15 years, we’ve supported over 40,000 people by helping them into work or gain qualifications – that’s 40,000 brighter futures thanks to our Tees Valley team and all the local businesses who’ve invested in local talent to fill their roles. This work doesn’t just change lives; it strengthens families, empowers local employers, and fuels the Tees Valley economy.

Here’s to the next 15 years!
