ERSA Awards 2026 finalist

19 Oct 2026
ERSA FINALIST

Triage has been shortlisted for an ERSA award in the category of Innovative Employment Support, following our success with our Impact Pilots.

“We know that our Impact Pilots are innovative, impactful and unique, so it is fantastic to see this recognised by our peers,” said Paul de Pellette, Triage CEO. “Being an ERSA finalist is a credit to our pilot and business development team, and to the wider operational teams who supported the delivery, and I wanted to take a moment to thank and congratulate those involved.”

Triage’s Impact Pilots are a series of tailored, self-funded programmes specifically designed to test and evaluate the effectiveness of new employability approaches.

Almost a dozen bespoke pilots have already helped people with mental and physical health conditions; young people not in employment, education or training; older jobseekers; the prison population; parent returners and jobseekers with English as a second language.

The majority of our pilots exceed original targets, with our Wakefield young people pilot achieving 90% progression into training/ employment with 80% sustainment.
