To celebrate 25 years in business, we held an employee event in Gateshead.

Triage Founder and Chair, Kate Carnegie MBE, addressed Triage colleagues talking about when she first started the business: "I was very much of the mindset - nothing ventured, nothing gained - and now, in 2023, we are celebrating 25 successful years in business," said Kate.

Reflecting on why Triage has been so successful, Kate said: “I always like to aim for the hard stuff rather than taking the easy route, as often the road less travelled brings about the greatest reward.”

Kate reminded us: “You might just be that helping hand that is going to change someone’s life.” A statement that we bring to every participant and learner interaction to ensure we continue to help people succeed.
