Faye found her perfect match

Faye Watson, a busy mum of three, started her candle making business – Bare Scents Ltd - in April 2022 and she couldn’t be happier at what her business has achieved.

Faye joined the Restart Scheme and was allocated a Self- Employment Adviser, Steph Campbell. Immediately, Faye and Steph started talking business thinking about funding, routes to market, developing a brand and building relationships with wholesale and retail customers.

“I am very proud of Bare Scents and have loved the support from Steph at Triage. It has given me the push I needed to diversify my range and look at options to increase my customer base,” said Faye.

Although Faye and Steph had regular catch-ups, being a busy mum to three young children meant that time was always limited.

“Faye works late to fulfil orders, create products for trade fairs and is always looking at new ways to diversify her business,” said Steph.

“I have great belief that from the strong foundations I have built for my business, things will only get better and better. I am loving my business and my customers love my products which is brilliant,” said Faye.
