  • Our Scotland offices will close on Friday, 19 December.
  • Our England offices will close on Monday, 22 December.
  • All offices will re-open on Monday, 05 January 2026.

A small team will be available to provide support over the festive period to ensure continuity of service. For programme/ scheme specific hours, please speak to your Triage contact.
