12 weeks after joining our Supported Employment Pilot, Chris and Declan have both moved into employment!

The Supported Employment Pilot helps individuals with health concerns as well as those with additional learning needs. It combines wellbeing support with employability advice to help participants enhance their chances of finding work.

Paula Carr, Pilot Facilitator, worked closely with Chris and Declan and is delighted that the pair are now thriving in employment.

“I'd like to personally thank Paula, Kerry, and the others who have helped me into my first paid employment,” said Chris. “They were always there for support when it was needed and were very quick to pick up and understand potential barriers to employment and put in place activities to help work on these; would highly recommend the pilot programme.”
