An (unusually) warm welcome from Froneri International, global ice cream manufacturer, as Triage scoops in to help with their 2026 recruitment drive.

Froneri’s vision is to build the world’s best ice cream company, and as of 2026, Triage will be supporting with recruitment, selection, onboarding, and training.

When it comes to working at Froneri, the team values quality, passion, accountability, and a can-do attitude. “Froneri value a lot of the same qualities in their employees that we do at Triage,” said Vicky Bell, Senior Employer Services Consultant at Triage. “Being on the same level when it comes to recruitment means we are perfectly placed to find employees that tick all their boxes first time round, ensuring rewarding and sustainable careers. We are partnering with Froneri to drive mass recruitment and provide seamless transportation for employees, ensuring nothing stands in the way of connecting the ideal candidate with leading opportunities.”

We look forward to taking the stress out of recruitment, so Froneri can stay chilled!
