Antonio and Andrea's success story

After a year of unemployment, Antonio joined the Restart Scheme with experience in retail, warehousing and delivery driving, and an incredible determination to get back into work.

With support from Triage, he completed courses in IT and digital skills, lean management, and confidence‑building, while also receiving guidance from our skills, recruitment, funding and self‑employment teams.

Despite facing health challenges along the way, Antonio’s commitment never wavered, and earlier this year, he secured a new role as a delivery driver.
