Bishop Auckland office opening
Last week, we officially opened our Bishop Auckland office. This will be our County Durham base for our Connect to Work delivery. Huge thank you to our commissioner, The North East Combined Authority, for joining and to DurhamEnable for supporting with presenting duties. A special thank you to Katie Reed, Katie Bowes, and all colleagues who played a part in bringing our event to life.
Triage delivers Connect to Work in Durham, Gateshead and Sunderland. We are subcontractors in Newcastle and North Tyneside. Throughout the UK, Connect to Work will support individuals with health conditions, disabilities, and complex barriers in finding the right job at the right time.
Working with Keiren Nixon from Switch Workplace Interiors, our new office looked fantastic with Triage branding and local landmark imagery.
We welcomed colleagues, partners, fellow delivery organisations and our commissioner, the North East Combined Authority. "We will support more than 5,000 people, reduce economic inactivity and improve access to sustainable employment," said Jasmin Ayre, Head of Delivery.
"Using an Individual Placement and Support approach, we will integrate employment support alongside primary and secondary health services," said Mathew Holt, Operations Manager, Triage. "From engagement, planning, job matching, employer relationship building and support for sustainable employment, we are excited to welcome participants to our new office and use our talents to support jobseekers and local hiring employers."
Hosting an event for nearly 40 people wouldn't be complete without the obligatory branded cupcakes (thanks Katie!), strong coffee and a generous grazing table - thank you to the Bishop Auckland team for their hospitality!
