Huge congratulations to Shanice Martin for winning the ERSA award for Frontline Manager Of The Year.



The team joined Shanice at the event in London last night and celebrated in style as Shanice was recognised for her hard work, professionalism and dedication to the employability sector.



Having joined Triage in 2012, aged 18, her passion, work ethic and love of learning has seen her perform way beyond her years. 



We are so proud to have Shanice as part of Team Triage.
