We are delighted to be shortlisted for an ERSA Award in the category of Frontline Manager of the Year.

We nominated Triage Performance Manager, Shanice Martin as she matched the award criteria perfectly and were delighted to hear that ERSA felt our submission was strong enough to be shortlisted alongside some of our industry peers.

Having joined Triage in 2012, aged 18, Shanice’s passion, work ethic and love of learning has seen her perform way beyond her years. Shanice is an incredibly well-liked, highly respected, and hardworking colleague who consistently goes above and beyond to support people into sustainable employment.
