Gardening success for Kai

16 Jan 2024
Young man and his manager dressed in mucky gardening clothes shaking hands.

When Kai joined Triage all he wanted was to earn a good wage, feel a little happier and boost his confidence. Thanks to Triage and Paterson Gardening Building Services, Kai has ticked all three boxes!

“I am much more confident and grateful for the job opportunity,” said Kai.

When Kai left school, he struggled to find work despite taking part in various courses and training. Once Kai joined our No One Left Behind course, Mary Allan (Kai’s adviser) worked with Kai to pursue job opportunities and perfect his CV.

Beyond their expertise in constructing garden structures, Paterson Garden Building Services recently embarked on a noteworthy initiative to foster local talent through an apprenticeship program initiated in November.

“Gary and Danielle at Paterson played a pivotal role in supporting Kai's entry into the apprenticeship program,” said Mary Allan.

Thank you to Gary and Danielle at Paterson Garden Building Services for their support and best wishes to Kai on a promising new career.
