Highland's Council newest employability programme

Triage have won the opportunity to deliver the Highland Council’s newest employability programme, Future Focus.

Delivering across East Ross, Inverness, Nairn, Badenoch, and Strathspey, we will be helping local residents regain their independence through employment.

As part of this initiative, we will be introducing a new service delivery model tailored to provide comprehensive, long-term support to individuals seeking employment. The insights gained from this project will be pivotal in shaping future service delivery requirements as Fair Start Scotland referrals comes to a close next year.

This programme is funded by the UK Shared Prosperity Fund.
