Our Hartlepool Employer Services Team have secured a new employer partnership with fellow Disability Confident Employer, Anglian Water Services.

Anglian Water is the largest water and water recycling company in England and Wales by geographic area. They supply water and water recycling services to almost seven million people in the East of England and Hartlepool.

Triage will be delivering bespoke customer service training for Anglian Water: “As well as recruitment services, Triage also offer personalised employee training that can help drive local business growth. In this case, we are training new recruits, but we also offer training for businesses who wish to upskill existing employees,” said Vicky Bell, Triage, Employer Services Manager.

“Our customers are at the heart of our business. We are looking for people with great customer service skills and a desire to help. We offer (employees) a full training and mentoring package to ensure you are able to make today great for our customers,” said Lee Chapman, Recruitment Liaison Lead at Anglian Water Services Limited.
